Agreement
These terms govern your use of PRIMEZONE facilities, website, and booking services. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Bookings
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take note of our booking policies.
Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment or reservation, as indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify availability, pricing, and scheduling with reasonable notice.
Weather
As an outdoor pickleball court, play may be affected by weather conditions. The safety of our players will always come first.
Management reserves the right to suspend or cancel play if courts become unsafe due to:
- Heavy rain or standing water
- Lightning or thunder
- Strong winds
Our staff’s decision on court safety is final.
Booking updates
If weather conditions require court closure, we’ll notify you as soon as possible whenever feasible.
Unless you receive a cancellation notice from us, your booking will proceed as scheduled.
Cancellation & refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 4 hours before your scheduled slot unless otherwise stated for a specific event or promotion.
No-shows and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees or restrictions on future bookings.
If we cancel your booking due to unsafe weather or court conditions, you may reschedule or request a refund of the session amount paid. Online convenience fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Payments
Online payments processed through PayMongo include a convenience fee (percentage) on top of your session total. The exact rate is configured by the venue and shown at checkout before you continue to payment. Manual QR payments reviewed by staff do not include this fee unless otherwise stated.
Conduct
Members and guests are expected to respect facilities, staff, and other players at all times. Unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises and suspension of booking privileges without refund.
Please follow posted court rules, wear appropriate footwear, and report equipment or facility issues to staff promptly.
Liability
Participation in sports activities carries inherent risk. You play at your own risk. PRIMEZONE is not liable for injuries, lost property, or damages sustained during play, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Memberships
Where membership or subscription plans are offered, fees auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation terms and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
